高炉炉役后期炉型侵蚀严重,煤气流难以控制,2^#120m^3高炉应用大批重可有效缓解炉喉刚砖变形、炉型不规则等因素对煤气流分布造成的不利影响,极大地提高高炉的稳定性,保持了高炉强化生产。
The blast furnace profile is seriously attacked in post-campaign, coal gas fluid is difficult to be controlled. For the No. 2 120m^3 blast furnace, utilizing large batch can effectively eliminate the harmful effects of the deformation of furnace throat corundum brick, irregular profile and the other factors on the distribution of coal gas fluid, remarkably raising the stablity of blast furnace and maintaining the strengthened production.
