磁记忆法在联箱管座角焊缝检验中的应用

摘要 在火力发电厂中,联箱与支管管座角焊缝结构不合理或焊缝内部存在缺陷,在交变应力的影响下会产生裂纹,引发泄漏,从而导致机组非计划停运。磁记忆法通过对部件表面漏磁场的检测,可以有效检测管座角焊缝中存在的缺陷,减少泄漏现象的发生。 In thermal power plants, cracks, after alternative stresses, may occur in fillet welding joints of branch tube seats on header because of incorrect structure of the joints or defects in welds, which lead to leakage and causing unplanned outage. The magnetic memory method, through examining the leakage magnetic field on the surface of the parts, can effectively find out the defects in fillet joints, which can diminish the leakage.
