摘要
本文主要研究了药用淀粉经60 Coγ射线辐照灭菌效果 ,以及辐照对其粘滞性的变化的影响。结果表明 ,随着辐照灭菌剂量的增加 ,药用淀粉粘滞性 (RVA)逐渐下降 ,并提出了药用淀粉灭菌剂量以 4～ 6kGy为宜。
The decontamination impacts of gamma irradiation on the medicinal starch and starch pasting viscosity were studied. The results showed that the pasting viscosity reduced with the increase of the irradiation sterilization dose. It was recommended that irradiation dose between 4～6 kGy was suitable for the decontamination of the medicinal starch.=
