以茅台为代表的贵州白酒工业在全国占有重要位置,2003年产量15.04万吨,销售收入33.13亿元,实现利税18.22亿元,在全国排名第二。贵州白酒注重醇、香、味的协调,以固态法酿造为主,酒质稳定。但是,除茅台酒实现了跨越式的发展外,其他名优酒存在着规模不大、效益不高、市场萎缩的状况。要振兴黔酒,需找准位置,充分发挥贵州绿色生态、地域环境、传统工艺的优势,实施茅台品牌带动战略,建立新的营销理念,以诚信为本,靠质量取胜。(丹妮)
Liquor-making industry in Guizhou with Maotai Liquor as the typical representative has always played important role in China. In 2003, liquor-making industry in Guizhou has achieved 0.1504 million tons of liquor output, 3.313 billion RMB sales revenue and 1.822 billion RMB taxation, ranking No.2 among all the provinces in China. Guizhou liquor-making industry has placed stress on the harmony of liquor aroma, liquor taste and liquor mellowness all the time and liquor produced mainly by solid fermentation which resulted in stable liquor quality. However, except Maotai Group. which has realized fastspeed development, the other liquor-making enterprises in Guizhou had to face serious problems such as small manufacturing scales, low economic benefits, and decreasing market share. In order to revive liquor-making enterprises in Guizhou, the following methods should be practiced: proper enterprise orientation; full play of the inherent advantages in Guizhou including green ecology, regional environment and traditional techniques; implementation of Maotai Brand Effects strategy; training of new marketing theories of good faith as the base and product quality as the core.
