In order to realize automation and intelligence of railway ticket checking process and eliminate the deficiency of artificial means, combining bar code identification technology with database query function and according to practical requirements, the implementation method and design model of an automatic railway ticket checking system are introduced. The system structure、 module function and database design are researched deeply. The quality and efficiency of the ticket checking work can be improved obviously as a result.
