摘要
综述了以胶原为基质的皮肤替代物的研究现状 ,并比较了胶原凝胶、胶原海绵、胶原膜及脱细胞真皮基质的特点及应用性能 ,探讨了以此为基础的永久性皮肤替代物的研究趋势。
It reviews the recent development of skin-substitute based on collagen. Collagen gel, collagen sponge, collagen film and acellular xenodermal matrix all can be used as wound cover, and their characteristics and properties are compared in this paper. The advance in the permanent skin-substitute based on collagen is also discussed.
