摘要
本文分别研究了桑根酮C、D在NaOH和Na_2 CO_3 水溶液中的稳定性 ,得到了桑根酮C、D在NaOH水溶液中的降解速率分别为dC/dt=1.30 8× 10 11exp(- 7770 2 .8/RT)CC1.40 1NaOH和dC/dt=5 .75 1× 10 11exp(- 830 37.4 /RT)CC1.40 0NaOH,桑根酮C、D在Na2 CO3 水溶液中的降解速率分别为dC/dt=1.4 14× 10 15exp(- 10 2 918.5 /RT)CC0 .2 955Na_2 CO_3,dC/dt=6 .16 3× 10 14exp(- 10 195 1.3/RT)CC0 .3 0 81Na_2 CO_3。 2 5℃时 ,30min以内 ,桑根酮C、D在 2 .0 %的Na_2 CO_3 水溶液和 0 .5 %NaOH水溶液中的降解率均低于 5 .0 %。这为碱液法从桑白皮中提取桑根酮的工艺过程的开发及工艺参数的设定提供了理论依据。
The stabilities of Sanggenon C and D in water of Na 2CO 3 or NaOH were studied respectively.The degradation velocity equations of Sanggenon C and D are d C /d t =1.308×10 11 exp(-777 02.8/ RT )C C 1.401 NaOH and d C /d t =5.751×10 11 exp( -83 037.4 / RT )C C 1.400 NaOH in water of NaOH respectively,while d C /d t =1.414×10 15 exp( -102 918.5 / RT )C C 0.295 5 Na 2CO 3 and d C /d t =6.163×10 14 exp( -101 951.3 / RT )C C 0.308 1 Na 2CO 3 in water of Na 2CO 3 respectively.The results show that the lossity of Sanggenon C and D are beyond 5.0% in Na 2CO 3 solution under 2.0% and NaOH solution under 0.5% at room temperature if reaction time is shorter than 30 minutes.
