由2-氯吡啶制备2-溴吡啶

Preparation of 2-bromopyridine from 2-chloropyridine by Halogen Exchange

把 2 -氯吡啶溶解在乙酸溶剂中 ,加热到 115 - 12 5℃ ,然后通入HBr气体制备 2 -溴吡啶。即 5 5gHBr气体在10h内慢慢通入到温度为 12 0℃的含有 30 .8g 2 -氯吡啶的 5 0 0mL乙酸中 ,生成 81.4 %的 2 -溴吡啶 ,纯度 98.6 %。研究了反应温度和时间对 2 -溴吡啶收率的影响。

2-bromopyridine was prepared by beating 2-chloropyridine with HBr gas in the acetic acid.Thus 55 g HBr gas were introduced into 30.8 g 2-chloropyridine in 500 mL acetic acid at 110～120℃ for 10 hrs to give 81.4% 2-bromopyridine with purity of 98.6%.The effects of reaction temperature and time on the yield of 2-bromopyridine were also investigated.
