摘要
人的社会属性不同 ,运用人的方式方法也不同。文章通过综述“人性假设”的演变 ,指出要科学客观地对待“人性假设”演变的历史 ;由此认为尊重人、关心人、实现人的价值 。
Because of the different social property, the ways of employing people are different. By summarizing the evolution of 'humanity assumption', it is pointed out that evolutionary history is to be treated scientifically. Thus it is concluded that to respect people, care people and to realize people's values is bound to realized the super state of management--man-centered management.
