摘要
中小学校长培训模式的构建是事关培训工作效益与质量的非常重要的组织机制问题。"八五"、"九五"的校长培训模式弊端明显,借鉴现代西方能力培训经验,确立"按需施教"是构建"十五"期间中小学校长培训模式的起点;能力开发是"十五"期间中小学校长培训的目标定位,自我发展能力是提高培训工作的中心。
The construction of training pattern of middle and primary school headmaster is a very important organizational question to training benefit and quality.The disadvantage of training pattern during'the eighth and the ninth five years'is very obvious.Absorbing the experience of foreign countries establishment of'educating on the basis of needs'is the starting point of construction'the tenth five years'training pattern.Ability development is the aim during this period and self-development is the centre of the training task.
