In the important period of strategic opportunity,colleges and universites are supposed to realize the strategic goals and objectives of educational development in the 16th National Congress of the CPC,on the basis of the scientific development concept in order to carry out the important thought of 'Three Represents',growing with each passing day and strengthening and improving the Party construction.By means of new concepts as well as new challenges positively and answer the new problems exactly so as to reach the new standard and create the new situation of the Party construction.
