During the Hong Wu period in Ming Dynasty,national foreign trade experienced the changing from encouraging overseas countries and businessmen to do business with China to prohibit sea trade.In the strict system of permitting only patronizing trade between governments,the businessmen of China and overseas countries break the prohibition of sea trade and promote national foreign trade to develop.
