摘要
采用ＨＢｓＡｇ高表达细胞株（ＣＨＯ－Ｃ２８）试制的乙肝基因疫苗，对ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠进行免疫，四周后进行了血清效力评价。并同时与血源乙肝疫苗进行了比较。结果表明，乙肝基因疫苗能达到与乙肝血源疫苗相同的免疫效果。
The serological efficiency evaluation of hepatitis B genetic engineering vaccine expressed by cells CHO-C28 was carried out using immunized BALB/c mice compared with the hepatitis B plasma -derived vaccine in this paper. The results shown that the immunological effect of the former is similar to that of the latter.
