嗜热放线菌多肽电泳图谱的研究

A Study on Electrophoretogram of Thermoactinomyces

嗜热放线菌是引起农民肺的主要病因，但其致病菌株可有多种。我们应用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ技术对引起农民肺的三株嗜热放线菌的电泳图谱进行了对比分析，发现这三种嗜热放线菌多肽的电泳图谱各不相同，都具有特征性的主要带型。实验结果表明ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＣＥ技术有助于快速鉴定嗜热放线菌菌种。

Farmer's lung disease(FLD) is mainly caused by thermoactinomyces, but the pathogenic strains of which may be many. The electrophoretogram (EPG) of three strains of thermoactinomyces which causing FLD were analyzed by the technique of SDS-PAGE. The result showed that the EPG of these three strains differed from each other and that the technique of SDS-PAGE is useful for rapid identification of thermoactinomyces.
