胰岛素泵强化治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect observation on insulin pump to treat type 2 diabetes aged patients as intensification

[目的 ]观察胰岛素泵强化治疗老年 2型糖尿病的疗效。 [方法 ]选取口服降糖药或皮下注射胰岛素后血糖控制不佳的 2型糖尿病老年病人 3 0例 ,观察采用胰岛素泵强化治疗前后餐前、餐后及睡前血糖变化。 [结果 ]胰岛素泵强化治疗后 ,餐前、餐后和睡前高血糖在短期内得到控制 ,并稳定于良好范围内。 [结论 ]胰岛素泵强化用于老年 2型糖尿病病人 ,能有效地控制血糖水平 ,解决夜间高胰岛素风险、清晨高血糖风险 ,避免急性并发症 ,减少和延缓慢性并发症 ,提高生活质量。

Objective:to observe the therapeutic effect of insulin pump to treat type 2 diabetes aged patients as intensification. Method: a total of 30 type 2 diabetes patients were selected and monitored on their blood sugar before meal, after meal and before sleeping, whose blood glucose have not been controlled well with oral hypoglycemic and insulin by subcutaneous injection. Result: after intensification treatment with insulin pump, the blood sugar levels of the patients were controlled well within a short time and to an ideal scope steadily before meal, after meal and before sleeping. Conclusion: the intensification therapy with insulin pump for aged type 2 aged diabetes can control their blood sugar effectively.It can also reduce the risks of both high insulin level at night and hyperglycemia in the morning for these patients.It can avoid acute complications, lessen and postpone chronic complications, and enhance living quality for type 2 diabetes patients as well.
