摘要
针对工程中常用的系统可靠性综合MML法进行了推广,使之能适用于多种数据信息的处理,同时给出了基于两个不同置信度下可靠度置信下限的折合成败型试验信息的方法,并与其它两种折合方法进行了比较。
This paper extends the system reliability synthetic MML method, whichis often applied in Engineering. The proposed method is applicable to most type data sets of components. At the same time the method is given that the component test information is converted to binomial data based on the reliability confidence lower limits under two different confidence probabilities, and compared with the other two conversion methods.
