摘要 部分高速公路收费系统长期存在"一路一公司、建管一体化"的模式,缺乏统一的技术规范和监管机制,在省内实行联网收费可以解决这个问题。传统的高速公路联网收费系统普遍采用的是一种基于二层架构的C/S模式,不能满足业务量成几何级数增长的需求,而且这种紧密耦合的两层结构面对日益增多的新业务扩展要求显得更加无能为力。针对这些问题,设计并实现了基于中间件的三层体系结构的高速公路联网区域收费中心系统,详细介绍了系统的结构、功能和关键技术。该系统的优势在广东省得到了很好的体现。 Most of the expressway collect fees systems have the mode of 'one company for one way, construction integrating with manage', which lack of uniform technical criterion and supervisory mechanism. This problem can be solved by carrying out network collect fees . Traditional expressway collect fees system generally introduced two layers frame based on client/server mode, which could not satisfy the requirement of geometric series increased portfolio. Further more this kind of compact and coupling two layer frame also can not satisfy the request of operation expanding. Based on the middleware and the three layer system architecture , expressway network area collect fees system is designed and implemented to solve these problems. And the system's architecture and function are introduced in detail. The advantages of this system are manifested in Guangdong provice.
