摘要
根据交流伺服电机的工作原理,利用矢量坐标变换原理,推导出交流永磁同步电动机的矢量控制数学模型,得出了交流永磁同步电动机速度检测算法。完成了交流伺服电动机反馈信号的四倍频电路、交流永磁同步电动机速度检测设计,实现了转矩电流的线性调节。通过全数字信号处理器在交流伺服系统中的设计应用,降低了成本价格,提高了伺服系统的控制性能,减少了启制动时间,提高了系统控制精度。
From the fundamental equations of AC servo system, using the principle of coordinate transformation of vector a concise mathematical model is deduced, the speed examination arithmetic of PMSM is obtained. The four-times-frequency design of feed-back signal of AC servomotor and the design of speed examination arithmetic of PMSM are completed and the linearity modulation of torque electric current is realized. Through the design and application of digital AC servo system in PMSM, we have reduced the price of cost, improved the control performance of servo system, decreased the times of startup and trig and therefore obtained the upper precision.
