摘要 大莺歌凤梨组培快繁研究的结果表明 :以茎尖或腋芽茎段为外植体 ,在培养基MS(或 1/2MS) +NAA 1mg/L(或 2 ,4 D 2mg/L) + 6 BA 1~ 5mg/L上均可诱导芽分化 ,其中以 1/2MS +NAA 1mg/L + 6 BA5mg/L效果最好 ,培养 4 3d可诱导出芽 ,分化频率 5 0 % ;在培养基 1/2MS +NAA 0 .5mg/L + 6 BA 1mg/L上继代培养的增殖速率最高 ,培养 30d芽的平均增殖倍数为 7.4倍 ,降低 6 BA浓度或提高NAA浓度有利于培养壮苗 ;1/2MS +IBA 1.0mg/L + 1g/L活性炭的培养基诱导植株生根效果最好 ,30d生根率 10 0 % ,平均每株苗生根 3.5条 ,平均根长 1.8cm ;生根试管苗移栽于泥炭土∶珍珠岩 =1∶1的基质 ,成活率约 70 %。软腐病是影响移栽成活率的主要因素 ,通风和对基质进行消毒可减少软腐病的发生。 The experiment studied on tissue culture and rapid propagation of Vriesea poelanii, the result shows that buds were induced from the stem or axillary buds explants, and cultured on induction medium of MS(or 1/2MS)+NAA 1 mg/L(or 2,4-D 2 mg/L)+6-BA 1~5 mg/L, the best medium was 1/2MS+NAA 1 mg/L+6-BA 5 mg/L. Cultured on this medium for 43 days, more than 50 percent explants can grow buds; 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 1 mg/L was the optimum medium in subculture, the average propagation coefficient culture on this medium was 7.4. Reduced the consistency of 6-BA or raise the consistency of NAA made the seedling grown sturdy. The best medium for rooting was 1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+activated-carbon 1 g/L, culture on it for 30 days, 100 percent seedling can grow 3.5 root, and the average root's length was 1.8 cm. About 70 percent seedling kept alive when they were transplanted on media turf∶pearlite=1∶1. One disease caused by Erwinia carotovora var. caratovora was the key factors that lower the transplanted survival rate. Keep air move smoothly or sterilize the medium good for preventing this disease.;
