不同生根剂对含笑扦插繁殖的生根效果分析

Effect of Different Growth Hormone to the Cutting Propagation of Michelia figo

将根太阳生根剂、ABT1号生根粉、NAA、IBA、丰叶宝 5种生根剂应用于含笑扦插育苗 ,对比试验结果表明 ,根太阳生根剂较其他常用生根剂能促进插穗提早 9～ 2 1d生根 ,比清水对照早 30d ;插穗平均生根率高达 91.6 7% ,比其他生根剂提高了 12 .6 7～ 4 5 .6 7个百分点 ,比对照提高 6 7.7个百分点 ;每插穗平均生根量为 11.8条 ,比其他生根剂和对照提高 3.7～ 8.5条 ,植株整体表现优良。

Effects of different growth hormone on Michelia figo cutting are compared in the experiment, the result shows that diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate AC makes cuttings take root 9～21 days earlier than other common hormone and 30 days earlier than CK. The average rooting rate is 91.67%, which is from 12.67% to 67.67% more than comparison hormone and DK. The mean root quantity is perfect, each cutting increases 3.7～8.5 pieces more than other treatment, seedlings are excellent.;
