摘要
用带C-R3A数据处理机的岛津GC-9A气相色谱仪和PYR-2A型管式炉热裂解器对四种微生物产生的絮凝剂进行了裂解气相色谱鉴别。通过时指纹图的分析,较好地区分出生物大分子性质及结构上的差异,证明了裂解气用色谱分析法用于微生物絮凝剂等生物大分子性质及分子结构鉴别的可行性。
The analysis of microbial flocculants was performed on a Shimadzu GC-9A gaschromatograph equipped with a pyrolyser model PYR-2A. Their different chemical propertiescould be clearly distinguished and their characteristics of molecular structure among MF-3, MF-6and MF-8 could also be identified through the analysis of the“fingerprinting”.The preliminaryresults suggest that it is feasible to analyse and identify the chemcial properties and molecularstructure of biosubstances with high molecular weight by pyrolysis gas chromatography.
