由微机控制的换向器铣槽的主要工艺包括驱动伺服电机给进换向器,用光电系统来跟踪被铣槽的中心,指令电磁离合器将工件制动,开启汽阀和铣刀电机铣削换向器的各个槽。
The main technology microcomputer-controlled of commutator slotting are as follows, driving feed commutator of servo motor, tracing slotted centre using photoelectric system, enstrusting electric-magnet clutch to brake workpiece and opening air valve and milling-cutter motor to mill each slot of commutator.
