摘要
论述了行波旋转式超声波电动机的工作原理,使用材料及制作过程,给出了电机的电气模型、匹配电感的计算公式,还叙述了驱动电路原理及电气实验波形图。
This paper discuss the operation principles of the traveling-wave type ultrasonic motor and the manufacture process as well as the used material. It offer the electric model of this kind motor and the calculate formula of matching inductance. Moreover it describe the driving circuit, and the electrical waveshape figure.
