摘要
以新颁布的国家标准GB50343-2004中的雷电风险评估模型为基础,介绍了其计算机实现方法,重点是其数据库系统的建模。在建模过程中,应用了数据库规范化理论,减少了冗余数据,提高了系统的可维护性。并本着灵活开放的原则,在原有雷击因子基础上,全面引入经验值,提高了评估的科学性、准确性和有效性,最后还讨论了采用数据挖掘技术来修正雷击因子的可行性及其意义。
This paper bases on the model of Rise assessment on lightning hazards in national standard GB50343-2004 that is issued newly and introduces the program realization of it, the focal point is the modelling of its database system. The theoryof normalization is used to reduce the redundant data and improve the systematic maintainability. In line with the flexible and open principle, on the basis of the original factor of lightning hazards, experience value in an all-round way is introduced, the science, accuracy and validity of the evaluation are improved, also finally that the feasibility and meaning of adopting the data mining technology to revise the factor of lightning hazards are discussed.
