摘要
孕激素在女性生殖活动中起着重要的作用,这些生理作用主要是通过与孕激素受体相互作用来调节。孕激素亚受体A、B(PRA、PRB)是其两种主要的亚受体,PRB活化转录作用强于PRA,而PRA不仅活化转录作用弱,还可抑制PRB的功能。由于小鼠与人的孕激素受体基因有高度的同源性,故通过研究小鼠孕激素受体蛋白敲除模型来反应孕激素亚受体在卵巢排卵、胚胎植入子宫,以及乳腺的发育中起到的关键作用。
