卵泡刺激素受体基因突变的研究 被引量:7

摘要 卵泡刺激素(FSH)是调节性腺功能的关键激素,其生理功能是通过靶细胞膜上的卵泡刺激素受体(FSHR)介导的。近年来分子遗传学的研究发现FSHR基因突变是造成性腺功能异常的原因之一。目前已确定9处功能失活突变和4处功能活化突变。突变对性腺功能的影响在两性存在差异,女性正常的卵巢功能有赖于FSH的效能,而男性在FSH低下甚至缺乏时仍保持生殖功能。
