多囊卵巢综合征心血管并发症相关因素研究进展

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种慢性内分泌紊乱性疾病,以高雄激素血症、胰岛素抵抗及代偿性高胰岛素激素血症为特征,其临床表现多样化可涉及多个系统,不仅可导致慢性不排卵性不孕,还可引起多种远期并发症,如:子宫内膜癌、2型糖尿病、高血压、心血管疾病等,其中心血管并发症近年来受到广泛关注,研究发现PCOS患者与多种心血管疾病危险因素具有显著相关性。
