TNF相关凋亡诱导配体在卵巢癌基因治疗中的应用

摘要
肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)是新近发现的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)超家族成员,有2类受体,一类是死亡受体,能诱导多种肿瘤细胞凋亡;另一类是诱骗受体,没有胞内死亡区域,不传递凋亡信号。TRAIL有广谱的抗瘤作用,与传统的放疗、化疗有协同作用,且对正常组织细胞无毒性,因此有望应用于肿瘤基因治疗。可通过补充细胞因子或通过基因补充,为癌症治疗提供一个新的有希望的治疗方法。
