摘要
本文介绍了日本川崎制铁所熔融还原法冶炼炭素铬铁的新工艺。具有焦炭床型的熔融还原炉设有双排风口,并配有(也可无)预还原炉,预还原矿或原粉矿经上风口喷入炉内。半工业性试验表明,该法冶炼炭素铬铁是可行的,在合金含硅2-3%时,渣中含铬量为2-1%,铬的收得率达94-97%。
In this paper,the new process of smelting reduction for high carbon ferrochrome production developed by Kawasaki Steel Corporation is introduced. The smelting reduction furnace has two stage tuyeres of a coke packed bed type with (or without) prereduction furnace.The pre-reduced ore (or raw ore fines)is injected into the smelting furnace through the upper tuyeres.Pilot plant tests has shown that this process is feasible for smelting high carbon ferrochrome. When resulting ferrochrome contained 2-3 % silicon and the Cr in slag reached to 2-1 %, the chromium recovery can reach as high as 94-97%.
