摘要
人力资源的再开发是现代社会发展所面临的一个突出问题。高校离退休队伍是十分丰富的人力资源并具有再开发的潜力 ,离退休人员在高校人才培养中潜在的育人功能已越来越受到重视。高校应该结合离退休人员的特点和学校事业发展的实际 ,选择担当决策顾问、参与教育教学督导、参与学生思想教育、参与校园文化氛围营造以及开展自我管理服务等方面的工作。
The re-exploitation of human resources is a problem for modern social development. University retirees can provide rich manpower resources and potential for re-exploitation. Since the function of university retirees for higher education is further recognized, it is essential for us to make good use of them to strengthen higher education. They can be hired as policy advisers, teaching supervisors and student instructors in building campus culture and improving school management.
