世纪课题:进一步解放农民

The Issue of Era: Emancipate Farmers to a Larger Extent

文章回顾了历次农民解放的经验与教训 ,提出了提速农民的增收 ,缩小已经拉大的城乡差距 ,必须进一步解放农民。进一步解放农民 ,必须走出认识的误区 ;必须在体制和政策上下功夫。

On the basis of experience and lessons of emancipation, this article proposes that the income of farmers should be increased and the gap between urban areas and rural ones should be narrowed. In order to emancipate farmers to a larger extent, we must realize our errors and improve the system and policies, for example, change the binary social economic structure, support and develop agriculture by policies, and adopt urbanization of rural areas to transfer and reduce farmers.
