军队医院学科建设的实践体会

The summarization of practice experience on subject construction of military hospital

为了研究探索新时期军队医院学科发展建设问题,结合工作实践,笔者提出改革科室管理模式,促进军队医院学科发展新思路。在充分调查论证的基础上,笔者认为,在市场经济条件下,军队医院学科发展应遵循严格管理、规范建设、科学筹划、策略经营的整体思路,学科特色建设方面应立足于重点突破、全面推进。

For the objective of studying and plobing into the subject development and construction of military hospital at present,comabined with his practice, author puts forward a new way, i.e innovate department management mode, accelerate the subject development of military hospital. Based on ample inquisition and argumentation, author thinks it should be manage strictly, build standardly, design scientifically,and operate strategically; and in characteristic construction of subject it should break a point, and advance in whole.[
