摘要
硝酸硫胺是维生素B1的硝酸盐。本文试验考察了晶种对硝酸硫胺结晶过程的影响,结果表明加入晶种后产品粒度及晶形发生较大变化;晶种的加入量对产品的粒度分布(CSD)也有一定影响,而且加晶种时的pH值不同所得产品的粒度及"变异系数"(CV值)也有所差异;同时还探讨了晶种的性质及预处理对产品粒度分布的影响。
Thiamine nitrate is nitrate of vitamin B\-1.The effect of seed on crystallization process is discussed.The results show that seeding will improve crystal size distribution (CSD) and morphology and the mass of seed will influence CSD and coefficient of variation.It also shows that variety of pH when seeding will cause the difference of CSD and coefficient of variation and the quality of seed will influence the CSD of product.
