摘要
针对0.1t/h小型燃水煤浆热水锅炉设计和制作了前加旋风分离器的组合管式电除尘器单元试验装置,模拟了水煤浆燃后烟气的工况条件,进行了负载阳电晕的试验与检测.结果表明,在高压电场前加旋风分离器起到了预除尘和辅助荷电的作用,使电除尘性能有了显著地提高,在阳电晕17kV条件下,其除尘效率可达99.73%.燃常规水煤浆出口排放浓度20mg/m3,燃精细水煤浆出口排放浓度5mg/m3,大大优于国家的排放标准<80mg/m3.为研制小型燃水煤浆锅炉用的小型高性能电除尘器提供了较为可靠的依据.
Based on a small boiler of 0.1 t/h capacity, a combined tubular electrostatic precipitator with an added-on air cyclone was designed to simulate the working condition of flue gas from coal slurry combustion. Operation of the test rig with an anodic corona were conducted and related measurement and analyses were taken. The air cyclone installed before the high-potential field acts as a pre-collector, making the performance of precipitator be remarkably improved. With anodic corona on 17 kV, the dust collection efficiency amounted to 99.73%. For fly ash from conventional slurry combustion, the solid concentration in emitted gas is 20 mg/m^3,and from ultra-clean coal slurry, 5 mg/m^3, both of them being much less than that of national stundard: <80 mg/m^3. Reliable technical basis is given for development and fabrication of high-efficient electrostatic precipitator for small boiler.
