摘要
为解决组合夹具典型功能结构的设计经验重用问题,提出了一种在三维绘图软 件SolidWorks平台上、基于装配约束方程的构件自动建模方法.文中分析了构件自动建模 原理、构件模板建立方法、装配参数方程提取、参数方程语义分析以及参数驱动方法.在此 基础上建立了组合夹具构件库系统,给出了构件应用实例,从而解决了构件自动建模中的 难点,为夹具的自动装配和自动设计奠定了基础.
In order to reuse the experiences in the design of modular fixtures with typical function structures, an automatic component modeling method on the platform of 3-D drawing software SolidWorks is proposed on the basis of assembly restriction equations. The automatic modeling principle, the method for building component template, the extraction of assembly parameter equations, the semantic analysis of assembly parameter equations as well as the method of assembly component dimension-driving are then analyzed. Based on these analyses, a component library system for modular fixtures is set up, and a case study is presented, thus overcoming the difficulties in automatic component modeling and providing a foundation for the automatic assembly and design of fixtures.
