正交试验法优选北豆根总生物碱的提取工艺

Study on extraction process of whole alkaloid of Rhizoma Menispermi by method of orthogonal design

将北豆根总生物碱的回收率和质量分数作为考察指标,综合考察各因素的影响,采用正交试验设计和酸碱滴定法对北豆根总生物碱的提取工艺进行优选.分析结果后确定最佳工艺为体积分数1 0%硫酸提取2次,第1次加10倍量、第2次加8倍量的酸水液,每次提取4h,提取温度为60℃.最终得到的工艺既可保证回收率,又提高了总生物碱的质量分数,试验证明该工艺合理可靠,提取效率较高.

To study extraction process of whole alkaloid of Rhizoma Menispermi.The collect and content of whole alkaloid of Rhizoma Menispermi was observed by method of orthogonal design and acid-base titrimetric determination. Techniques of extraction process of Rhizoma Menispermi extracted twice by 1.0%vitriol liquor,first was 10 multiple and second was 8 multiple,every time was 4 hour, the temperature was less than 60 ℃. The process not only assures the collect of whole alkaloid , but also improves the content of whole alkaloid.It is certified that the extraction process was reliable and rational and that efficiency of extraction is satisfactory.
