摘要
在战略管理研究中涉及众多隐含变量的测量以及因果模型的验证,结构方程模型为解决这些问题提供了新的更好的方法.介绍了结构方程模型的应用步骤和特点,结合战略管理研究的特点,对结构方程模型在变量测量和因果模型验证的应用进行了分析,并就应用中应注意的事项进行了论述.
Structural equation modeling has great abilities to treat measure error and offers a strong tool for measuring latent variable and verifying the causality models in strategy management research. This paper introduces structure equation model briefly and explores the use of SEM in strategy management research. The limitations and problems in practice are also discussed.
