摘要
目的 阐明犬Bachmann束 (Bachmann’sbundle ,BB)对心房颤动 (atrialfibrillation ,Af)的影响及其关键消融部位。方法 经心内膜途径 ,对 6只犬BB进行标测和射频消融 (RFCA) ,评价RFCABB后对Af的影响 ,对可记录BB电位的 6只犬 ,在高位右房大头导管尖端指向房间隔 ,RFCA至BB电位消失。RFCA前后用相同刺激方案诱发Af。结果 RFCABB对Af诱发的影响 ,RFCA前Af诱发率 10 0 % (6 /6 ) ,RFCA后 6只犬均不能诱发出持续性Af。RFCA对BB电位的影响 ,全部犬的BB电位消失。结论 BB在Af的发生的维持中起重要作用 ,关键消融部位是高位右房大头导管尖端指向房间隔处 。
Objective To explore the role of Bachmann's bundle(BB) in development of atrial fibrillation (Af) and the key ablation site in dogs. Methods Mapping and radiofrequency ablation(RFCA) of the BB was perfermed from endocardium. in 6 normal dogs. The BB influence on the Af after RFCA was evaluated. It disappeared for the BB potential after RFCA in the high right atrial for the septum.The same programmed stimulation at the same site was carried out before and after RFCA in each dog. Results The results showed that the inducement rates of the Af were 100%(6/6)before RFCA and after RFCA it could not induce lasting Af for all dogs.All of the BB potential disappeared with RFCA in the 6 dogs. Conclusion The BB plays an essential role in the development of the canine Af and the crucial ablation site may be in the high right atrial for septum.The end of ablation is the BB potential to disappear.
