破解云南“三农”问题之我见

My Understanding of the Farmer-related Problems in Yunnan

云南与全国相比,经济社会的发展还处于相对滞后的状况。要实现省委七届三次全会提出的"千方百计与全国同步实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标",关键在农业,重点在农村,难点在农民,必须进一步筑牢农业这个国民经济和社会发展的基础。要筑牢这个基础,就必须破解云南的"三农"难题,认真分析、深入研究云南农业发展所处的阶段、具有的优势和面临的困难,以新的思路和举措切实解决"三农"问题。

Compared with other provinces in China, Yunnan lacks behind in its socio-economic development. The realization of the goal of 'keeping pace with other provinces in realizing a well-off society for all' brought up at the Third Plenary Session of the Seventh Provincial Party Committee lies in the solution to the problems of the farmers, the countryside and agriculture. To strengthen the agricultural development is the foundation for Yunnan's social and economic development. A correct understanding of the farmer-related problems will help us to know the stage of agricultural development in Yunnan, its advantages and difficulties and to find out solutions to these problems.
