摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱测定环境激素邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯 (BBP)在小鼠粪便中的排泄率, 以C18 -ODS为色谱柱,MeOH:H2O( 80: 20 )为流动相,流速 0 8mL·min-1,检测波长:228nm,外标法定量。测得BBP化合物在 2 79-100 71mg·L-1浓度范围呈线性关系,平均回收率为 97 67%,日内精密度≤2 9%,日间精密度≤3 37%,方法简便、可行。结果表明:随着经口染毒剂量的增加,BBP在小鼠粪便中的排泄率均有明显的增加(P≤0 01),说明粪便是经口染毒BBP原型排泄的主要方式。
The excretion ratio of Butylbenzyl Phthalate (BBP) in mice feces was detected by HPLC on the C_(18)-ODS chromatogram column with MeOH-H_2O (80:20) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8mL·min^(-1), the detection wavelength at 228nm, and the quantity by outer mark method. The good linearity of concentration of BBP was found in the range of 2.79~100.71mg·L^(-1). The recovery ratio was 97.67%. Precision degrees within the day and among the day were fewer than 2.9% and 3.37%, respectively. This method is simple, convenient and viable. The result showed that the excretive ratio of BBP in mice feces was distinctly increased with increasing the dosage given by p.o, which proved that feces was the main mode of archetypal excretion of BBP given by p.o.
