校本管理与学校组织文化的双向思考

Two-way Thoughts on School-based Management and Organizational Culture of School

校本管理即“以学校为本位的管理”。校本管理的思想及内涵体现着现代学校组织运行机制改革与创新的一种追求与选择。校本管理要依赖和反映学校已有的组织文化 ,同时客观上它又对学校的组织及其文化的生成和重构起到了重要的作用。本文研究了校本管理和校本领导对学校组织文化维持与发展的影响 ,探索了学校组织文化管理的有效途径。

The connotation of school based management embodies the pursuit and selection of operating mechanism of organization of modern school on reform and innovation. School based management will rely on and reflect the existed organizational culture of school. At the same time, it also plays an important role on the generation and restructure of organization and culture of school objectively. This article aims at revealing the influence of school based management on the maintenance and development of organizational culture of school, and tries to find an effective management way of school culture.
