解读“秦七黄九”

The Interpretation of “Qin Sever and Huang Nine”

陈师道《后山诗话》将秦观、黄庭坚并称为当代词手 ,引起后人 (尤其是清人 )的非议 ,以为黄不如秦 ,不应并称。笔者认为陈师道原话在时间、语意等方面都有具体的针对性 ,后人忽视了这一点 ,仅凭秦、黄二人的存词来理解 ,由此出现了误差。

In Houshan Shihua by Chen Shidao, both Qin Guan and Huang Tingjian were equally referred to as modern masters of ci, which aroused reproaches of the posterities (especially those of the Qing Dynasty), who did not think that Huang was as famous as Qin and they should not be regarded equal. The writer of this paper thinks that Chen Shidao’s original remarks had some concrete reference to both time and meaning, which was overlooked by the posterities who understood them merely according to the remaining poems by Qin and Huang, hence the misunderstanding.
