SZK 339型新华闸微机自动控制系统研究

摘要 为新华闸运行管理的实际需要设计了计算机监控系统.取水计量采用先进的超声流量计和无线传输系统,通过上位机进行实时监控,由PLC对闸位、液位进行具体控制;并设计了实时动态监控画面,可根据实际需要选择手动、自动操作,系统实现提高了新华闸的自动化管理水平. SZK 339 Xinhua strobe microcomputer automatic control system is an automatic product specialy used for water strobe control, and it is a computer supervisory control system designed for the need of operation management for xin hua stobe. The statistic for water usage adopts advanced ultrasonic flowmeter and wireless transmission system. Through the real-time supervisory control by the host computer, PLC is in the charge of specific control for the strobe position and liquid position. For the implement of the system, the real-time dynamic supervisory picture is designed, and the manual or automatic operational mode can be selected according to the requirement. It highly improves the automatic management level of xin hua stobe.
