摘要
针对染料生产废水有机物浓度高、可生化性差、脱色困难等特点,采用铁炭反应床催化内电解法进行处理试验.通过正交试验比较好氧和厌氧状态下的最佳条件的差别,研究了时间因素在2种状态下对处理效果的影响,并对反应机理进行初步分析.试验表明,该技术在厌氧和好氧2种状态的不同反应条件下对染料生产废水均有较好的处理效果.
The experiment of dye wastewater treatment with iron_carbon internal electrocatalysis was discribled.By orthonogal test, the best conditions were defined in different states(aerobic and anaerobic).With the study on changes of CODcr,BOD5 and chroma in the experiment,the treatment result and reaction mechanic were analysied,too.The result shows that the aerobic and anaerobic reaction beds were both proved to be effective and feasible methods for the pretreatment of dye wastewater.
