摘要
介绍丁铁合金矿热炉电极带电程控压放系统;提出了电极压放量与时间和油压的关系式、压放松水套低压油压力与弹簧压缩量和电极与铜瓦间压强的关系式及其简化式。程控压放系统具有适应性强,稳定性好,易调整及可靠性高等优点。
A programmable on-load electrode slipping system is introduced in this paper.The relationship among the slipping length, time and oil pressure are presented. This system has the advantage of better applicability, stability, adjustability and reliability.
