Risk Analysis on Manpower Resources in Clan Enterprises

人力资源风险是家族企业成长的重要制约因素,因此,分析和研究家族企业人力资源风险具有重要的现实意义。本文首先分析了家族企业人力资源风险的基本内容和影响家族企业人力资源风险的基本因素,以此为基础,构建了家族企业人力资源风险评估的指标体系,并采用了四种可行的方法使该指标体系投入运行,最后提出了规避家族企业人力资源风险的基本对策。

The risk of human resource is an important factor that restricts family firm to grow up, therefore analyzing and studying the risk of human resource in family firm have important realistic meaning. The basic content of the risk of family firm of human resource and the basic factors that affect the risk of family firm of human resource were studied at first. Then based on those, the index system of the risk evaluation of human resource in family firm was founded, and four kinds of feasible methods to make this index system run were proposed, finally the basic countermeasure to avoid the risk of human resource in family firm were put forward.
