摘要
国有资产管理中多级委托代理模式的分析表明 ,由于缺乏科学合理的制度安排 ,这种模式是国有资产管理产生腐败的根源之一。基于这一论断 ,本文从处理和规范好国有企业的多级委托代理行为 ,特别是从制度上进行科学合理安排的角度 ,就防范和遏制腐败行为 。
The analysis of the model of multi-level delegation in the management of state assets indicates that due to the absence of a proper and scientific system, multi-level delegation has become one of the origins of corruption generated in state assets management. From the above point of view, this article puts forward several suggestions on how to handle and regulate multi-level delegation in state assets management, especially on how to guard against and constrain corruption through the development of a proper and scientific system.
