摘要
从经济学角度分析 ,影响医院图书馆事业发展的关键是图书馆规模小 ,无法实现规模经营 ,面对新世纪 ,其发展方向 :一是馆际合作共享馆藏资源 ,但受管理体制的制约以及无法回避边际收益递减规律 ,难以实现 ;二是以馆馆联合共建新馆和共有资源的方法 ,优化组合生产要素 ,实现规模经济 ,走向集约化发展、集团式经营之路 ,并提出相应对策。
From the economic angle,small in scope is the key influence the development of hospital library occupation,so it can't realice the large scope manage-ment. The direction have two: the first method is resources sharing in each library, but it will not come true because management system and the rule of boundary income descending; the second method is united and construction new in common resources, it can optimize the production essence, it can come true the scope economy, and moves toward the roads of centralized development and collectivized operation.And puts forward the corresponding countermeasures
