语用综观论与语序变异的理据

根据 Verschueren的语用综观说 ,语言使用是一个对语言资源进行合理配置和不断选择的过程 ,据此 ,语言学的研究应该从语言的变异性、协商性和顺应性三方面出发加以重新调整和重建 :语言的变异性是选择的基础 ,协商性是选择的策略 ,顺应性是选择的结果。语序变异就是这种语用阐发和选择的具体表现 ,换言之 ,某一特定语序的选择均是依照一定的篇章、语用和认知等理据进行的。

According to Verschueren, language in use is a process of a reasonable management as well as a consistent choice of the current language resources. In this respect, the linguistic research is to be adjusted and restructured in terms of linguistic variability, negotiability and adaptability among which the first is the basis, the second the strategy and the third the consequence of the linguistic choice-making. Word order variation is thus pragmatically motivated, in other words, a particular word order is realized in line with some specific textual, pragmatic and cognitive motivations.
