摘要
通过吸附管采样和热脱附 GC MS分析研究了土焦炉生产过程中挥发性有机物排放和机械炼焦厂外大气中挥发性有机物分布。土法炼焦过程中TVOC排放高达 1 782 2 μg/m3 。成分分析显示 ,土法炼焦烟气和机械炼焦厂外大气中挥发性有机物包含苯系物、烷烃、卤代烃和萜烯类 ,其中以苯系物为主 ,分别占 75 .63%和 72 .2 5 %。BTEX比值分析显示 。
Volatile organic compounds (VOC_S) from indigenous coking and surrounding the mechanized coking plant were determined by multi-bed adsorbent tube sampling followed by thermodesorption and GC/MSD detection. The concentration of TVOC reached as high as 1782.2μg/m^(3) in the emission from the indigenous coking. The result reveals that VOC_S are composed of aromatic compounds, alkanes, chlorinated compounds and terpenes. The aromatics are the main components and 75.63%、72.25% in the indigenous coking emissions and the surrounding out of mechanized coking plant, respectively. The relative ratios of BTEX indicate that profiles of VOC_S from coking are different from those emitted from motor vehicles.
